Assisted Service is a personalised matchmaking service where a dedicated Relationship Manager helps you find the right matches, connect with families, and move your search forward 3X faster.
In regular membership, you search and contact matches on your own. In Assisted Service, a Relationship Manager supports you end-to-end — from shortlisting profiles to follow-ups and setting up conversations.
Your profile will be managed by a dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) who understands your preferences and works closely with you. Your RM will shortlist suitable matches, contact prospects and families on your behalf, follow up for responses, arrange calls when there is mutual interest, and share regular updates on your progress.
Yes. With your approval, your RM can reach out to suitable prospects and their families to share your interest and coordinate introductions.
Your Relationship Manager will connect with you every alternate day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
